Who we are

Fin Home Custom Contracting LLC ("Fin Home", "we", "us", "our") is a custom home builder and remodeler based in Dallas, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit finhomecontracting.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us. When you request an estimate, send us a message, sign up for a project update, or fill out any form on the site, we receive the name, email address, phone number, project address, and project details you choose to share, along with your answer to how you originally heard about us.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, referring page, timestamp) and we use analytics and embed tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Maps, YouTube, and our review widget) that may set cookies in your browser to measure traffic and help the site work.

How we use it

• To respond to estimate requests and other questions you send us.
• To schedule and carry out the projects you hire us for.
• To improve the website and understand which content is useful.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

When we share information

We share information only with:

• Trade partners working on your project (architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors) and only as needed to deliver the work you have hired us for.

• Government or legal requests when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Cookies and analytics

We keep contact and project information for as long as we are working with you, plus the period required for warranty, tax, and legal purposes. Inquiries that do not lead to a project are typically kept for a few years and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to confirm what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at finhomecc@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Texas residents and others covered by state privacy laws may have additional rights. We honor those rights without discrimination.

Children

Our site and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
