A Bathroom Designed Around How You Actually Live

Most bathrooms get bolted together one fixture at a time. We start with how the room is used: the morning routine, storage that disappears clutter, light in the right places. The materials, layout, and finishes flow from that.

  • Layout-first design
  • Storage built to your routine
  • Lighting planned, not afterthought

Premium Materials and Detail Work That Holds Up

Elevated finishes are only worth it if the work behind them is right. Waterproofing, tile substrate, and plumbing rough-ins get the same attention as the slab and the fixtures. The bathroom still looks new ten years in.

  • Honed marble, large-format tile, custom vanities
  • Schluter waterproofing on every wet area
  • Brass and chrome from fixture brands we trust

What's Included

Full-Scope Bathroom Remodeling

Six core areas, each handled in-house. Pick one to see what we mean.

Custom vanities

Custom vanities

Solid wood faces and plywood boxes built to your sink, mirror, and storage needs. Soft-close drawers, integrated outlets where the toothbrush actually charges, and hidden hampers where they make sense. Counter material runs from quartz to natural stone to solid surface, with the sink either integrated or undermounted. Hardware comes from brands that still stock parts a decade out.

Walk-in showers

Walk-in showers

Curbless options, large-format tile or full-slab walls, multi-head and body-spray plumbing, and integrated benches built into the framing. Steam-ready substrate is on the table if you want it, with the door, ceiling, and ventilation handled to suit. Linear drains let the tile run uncut wall-to-wall. Glass enclosures are sized and mounted so the door reads as part of the room.

Waterproofing

Waterproofing

Schluter (or an equivalent system) goes on every wet area, with sloped pans, sealed wall corners, and pressure-tested rough-ins before tile ever goes up. Curbs and benches get fully encapsulated. Niches are pre-built and waterproofed as units before they go into the wall. The work you never see is the work that determines whether the bathroom looks the same in ten years as it did in week one.

Tile & flooring

Tile & flooring

Large-format porcelain, honed marble, mosaics, and heated floors set on substrate we've prepped and leveled first. Grout lines align at corners, around niches, around outlets, and across the room. Layout gets dry-fit so you see the seam pattern before it's locked in mortar. Heated floor mats get wired and tested before any tile goes down.

Lighting & fixtures

Lighting & fixtures

Layered lighting on separate dimmable controls, with task lighting at the mirror and ambient lighting tuned to the materials in the room. Faucets and valves get spec'd for the water you actually have, including pressure-reducing valves where the city supply runs high. Fixture brands are picked partly on look and partly on whether you can still get replacement cartridges in 2036. Switch and outlet placement gets walked through before drywall goes up.

Layout changes

Layout changes

Move walls, relocate plumbing, expand into a closet, or carve a primary bath out of two existing rooms. Permits, engineering review for any load-bearing wall, and the rough-in for relocated plumbing all get handled. Existing slab access gets assessed first, especially in homes on a post-tension slab. Resale impact stays on the table for any major change, even if you're not selling soon.
