What forms of payment do you take?
We accept checks, bank transfers and wire transfers, and cash. For larger projects, financing options are also available on request.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. Every Fin Home project comes with a comprehensive warranty: 1 year on all work, 2 years on major systems, and 5 years on structural components. We also stay reachable after move-in so you can ask questions and get support.
How do you keep pricing consistent across locations?
We maintain long-standing relationships with trusted tradespeople and suppliers across the region. Those partnerships help us control costs, avoid unnecessary markups, and deliver consistent value whether the job is in DFW or at Possum Kingdom.
Do I have to apply for financing through your lender?
No. You are welcome to use your own bank or lender. We will work with whichever option fits you best.
Can I pay off my loan early?
