What areas does Fin Home serve?
Our roots are in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, where we do most of our remodeling and building: Flower Mound, Coppell, Dallas, Plano, Irving, and the surrounding suburbs. We also build custom homes out west at Possum Kingdom Lake, Graford, Graham, and Mineral Wells.
Do you build outside DFW?
Yes. Alongside our DFW work, we build ground-up custom homes in the Possum Kingdom Lake area. Same clear written contract and in-house crews, just a set of lots and inspectors we already know out there.
Which page should I start with?
If you are remodeling or building in the Metroplex, start with our DFW page for local context and recent work. If you are building out by the lake, the Possum Kingdom area page has the communities and the builds we have finished there.
Is pricing the same in both regions?
The approach is: clear pricing in writing before any work begins, with material selections, allowances, and a written schedule in the contract. Lot conditions and travel factor into a lake-area build, and we walk through all of it before you sign.
What warranties do you offer?
1 year on all work, 2 years on major systems, and 5 years on structural, written into every contract, wherever the project is.
