Census figures put Graham at roughly 3,800 housing units, about two thirds of them owner-occupied. That is a whole town smaller than a single Frisco subdivision. How We Handle the Drive
We buy and stage the long-lead items at the project before the first wall comes down. In Graham that is the difference between a schedule that holds and one that waits on a truck, because a forgotten box of hangers is a half-day round trip rather than a twenty-minute one.
The plumbers, electricians and framers we use in Graham have worked here for years. They know the soil, the inspectors, and which code interpretations the city actually enforces.
We have a warehouse and a shop rather than a truck bed. Cabinets get unpacked, sorted and assembled under a roof, and a rained-out day is still a working day.

Permits
In-town remodels permit through the City of Graham building department. Anything on acreage outside the limits routes through Young County instead. Where a project touches the septic system, that is its own application: Texas regulates on-site sewage facilities through the TCEQ, which delegates permitting to authorized agents at county level, and Young County is one of them. We pull whichever permits apply and run the inspection schedule.

Yes. We work in Graham and across Young County, on in-town houses and on acreage outside the city limits. We have been building and remodeling since 2006 and have run projects in the Graham area alongside our Possum Kingdom work.
It depends which side of the city limit the house sits on. In-town properties permit through the City of Graham building department. Houses on acreage outside the limits go through Young County. We pull whichever applies and post the placard on site.
Further than a Metroplex job. We want the selections settled and the materials on hand before demolition starts, because a mid-job material substitution costs far more time here than it would in Dallas.
On roughly half the remodels we take on, demolition turns up something the plans did not show: a leaking pipe, previous work done badly, or framing that was never right. We stop, show you what is there, price the fix in writing, and you decide before we carry on.
A written warranty covering one year of workmanship, two years on major systems, and five years structural.
